Negatives:
1st room was not cleaned from previous occupants. Had to wait until they found a cleaned room

The location was convenient to the airport.
Negatives:
The room facilities were poor. The room layout didnt make sense logistically. The room appeared outdated. The tiling looked old and unclean due to the numerous markings on the floor. The shower was tiny. The room had a damp and dank smell to it. There werent any usb connections to charge devices. The outlets on the lamps made poor connections with the charging devices so it wouldnt maintain a consistent connection when plugged in. I have stayed in much nicer Hilton Garden Inns. The interactions with the staff were poor. It was not communicated that reservations needed to be made for the shuttle to take you to the airport. Of note, I was at breakfast and observed Tova interact with five different parties around me about the Hilton Honors program and blatantly avoided speaking with me. When approached about it, she said it was because I was eating breakfast/had a child, but it was during breakfast and other people she approached were also still eating.

I will never stay at this property or an Embassy Suites again. Now, Im questioning brand loyalty.
