The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast staff couldn't possibly have been and nicer or more eager to help.

Our room was very dusty and there were parts that had not been vacuumed. there were items left from previous person staying there as well. There were places by the bed that had definitely not been cleaned in months and our sinks were both dirty.
