It felt like the room was not clean. There was actually a hole in the wall. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me. I was upset that I couldnt get to my room. I finally found a phone in the entranceway and was able to get someone to help me get to my room.

Dirty room, too many coakroach in the room, no room service, no towel exchange. I had 3 days and never saw cleaning personnel. Breakfast ended before 9 am when it was supposed to end at 9:30. Staff solve everything with "I am sorry" with not trying to solve the issue. Went outside the hotel to buy toilet paper because they never replaced it.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. I was given a room that was clearly used by another guest. The bed was disheveled and not made and someone had thrown their contacts away in the toilet. The first room was outdated and unclean.
