the girls Becka at the front desk was very nice.

the door would not lock the room was filthy! the toilet has mold in it and there was a roach leg on the wall. the desk was covered with some kind of oily substance and the deck chair looked like it was used in many pornography videos!!!! the bed was super hard and the pillows horrible. many people are using this place like apartments and not a hotel!

The furniture needs to be replaced along with the carpet. This hotel except pets, so the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced more often. This place is smoke free, but he rooms smelled like smoke and had an awful odor.

We stayed on second floor facing parking lot From the time we arrived Thursday until we left , the parking lot was continually full of trucks cars, loud music, laundering, hanging outside, they we’re Not guests at the hotel. When we reported to front desk, they told us it was a guy who worked there was all of his friends, they were harmless. We were very uncomfortable & will NEVER stay there again. We would like our money returned!

if you must make reservations at this location make sure bring a candle the hallway the room smell horrible ! the bed is very hard uncomfortable the Carpet stained. overpriced . the whole night I feel like some things crawling on me . I stay 2 horrible days. I will never stay at extended again any state . bad experience

The WiFi was absolutely outstanding.. best free internet service I’ve ever experienced.
Most hotels are passable.. but your property is blazing fast.
Hotel room is relatively sound proof. I was just at a property with paper-thin walls and not having to deal with that at your property was much appreciated.
Negatives:
The bathroom sink was broken.. impossible to unplug without tools - used the kitchen sink instead.
There was some sort of powder on the bed sheets (looked like Parmesan cheese). Tossed the sheets on the floor and used a sleeping bag from my car.
Every towel except one had somebody else’s black hairs stuck in them.. I know this is basically impossible to eliminate but these were above and beyond what is typical of other hotel properties.
Checking in took 25-30 minutes.. the front desk staff members were pleasant but I’m used to being in-and-out. Most properties I frequent take an average of 2-3 minutes at the counter.. both guys ahead of me in line took 10+ minutes. This will probably improve on its own as the guy was clearly new and will get the hang of it.. and I just want to reiterate both staff were smiling and attitude-wise I have zero complaints.

Staff didn't care. Nothing was setup in the kitchenette room. Hotel didn't have any utensils, toaster, etc. Room was old, worn out. Kitchen was a joke, I had to go to Walmart to buy stuff for cooking. Room was to be for two, but only friggin chair. Extended stay en suite? Really? It was a dumpy little room. Old bathroom, cigarette burns, hole in the ceiling above the small bed that was supposed to be queen. Just a total rip off

not much. A bunch of people hanging around in their cars, and lingering around the parking lot all day. It made my kids and I very uncomfortable. Also the hallways smelt horrible, like smoke when it was a non smoking floor.

stated above. Also, the sheets had dirty stains, little roaches and ants all over the counter. We even found a gun holster under the bed that my 2 year old found and we turned into the office. thank goodness it was only the holster.
