Negatives: Some maitnance need to be done to the rooms, nothing major but can se the use, stains in the chair

Negatives: No breakfast as promised, and the room that I paid for was occupied. I asked for another room, and no other rooms were available. I had to wait until 3 am. until they ran their audit and finally got a room that had black mold when I told them about they replied some rooms had mold in it like what

Negatives: The outside & the lobby look clean, but as soon as you get in the elevator, it starts to look like you're in a motel instead of a hotel. The walls are filthy, the wallpaper is falling apart, the carpet is very dirty & lifting. Once I got in the room, I found a blonde hair on the bed (under the comforter), and another hair in the shower. The shower head was broken & the water pressure was very low. I have a sweet 16 party for my daughter in February at the Crystal ballroom, which is on that same block- across the street. I was planning on having some family members stay at this hotel, but that's a definite no-go.

Negatives: Room wasn't Clean, very very dusty and other people hair was everywhere. Stayed there for two days and they didn't Clean the room the second day nor did they replace the Towels.

Negatives: We had to switch room twice, because of mold smell in the room. Some of the rooms were being renovated due to the smell, but the staff did not know which rooms had the mold smell, which they wear aware of, that some of smell mold. Lastly on our last day, a team of soccer kids stood at the hotel as well, on my last day at the hotel, they finished all the hot food for breakfast, witch left nothing for other guests to eat. I felt like the staff should of been prepared for this arrival of teenagers and also should have ordered more food in preparation for the rest of their guest staying at the hotel.

Negatives: I'm not sure where to start. But I will give it a shot. 1. I was received by a very disrespectful staff member who was complaining about my kids not behaving because they were running in the hall chasing each other. Not using a loud voice, not bothering anyone. Just running and jumping as any other kid. I had to listen to this person telling me I didn't know how to raise my kids, and that was the reason why we had so many teens involved in drugs and behavior issues. I couldn't believe what I was listening, but I let it go. I asked him if he had children and I was told he had a dog...but that when he was a kid his mom just threaten him with hitting him and he will behave...so I guess that he was expecting me to hit the kids for fitting into his "parenting model"...and all of this happened while waiting for around 10 min for his computer to comeback from a reboot... 2. Once we finally made it to the 3 floor there was no AC in the hold, only 2 big units in the floor to try to remediate the issue...ok, things happen... 3. Getting into the room...my family almost vomited with the smell in the room just walking through the door...it was a mix of humidity and cigar...the sheets in bed were disgusting, the shower was clogged so we couldn't take showers...we came to visit a family member and had to ask th if we could take a shower ilat their house... 4. We were staying from Friday night to Sunday morning...in any of those days no body showed up for cleaning or even changing towels...beds were never made... 5. We discovered there was a side door completely opened allowing all personel weather staying or not at the hotel to go in and out, with no supervision or security of any kind...and coming from the fact that on Friday we had a drunk guy hitting a car in the parking lot...this was a huge concern for our family, especially having 2 small kids.

Negatives: The hallways were not air conditioned. So it was a muggy, wet rainforest in the elevators and hallways. With mold growing and condensation on the walls, rugs and doors. When you open your door, water runs into your room from the condensation on the door and rugs. The rooms themselves were cold, but overall the conditions were miserable.

Negatives: The halls on the upper levels (2-5) were hot and humid with mold/mildew growing on the walls. The hallway carpet was moist. The staff said the hallway air conditioners were broken, but they could’ve brought in extra cleaning staff to wipe down the walls each day (I don’t know how quickly mildew develops). I feel like when they get the air conditioner fixed, they will need to get a remediation team to assess if anything needs to be replaced.

Negatives: The room could be a little updated.
