The staff and maintenance crew were very helpful and supportive. They tried their best to improve the experience.
Negatives:
The hotel room was very dirty, damaged, and outdated. There was a stain on the ceiling from a very recent leak and the carpet below was still wet. The walls in the bathroom were rusty, and the television in the room would not connect to the internet.

Its less than 10 minutes to TPA, 15 minutes to Clearwater. Great central location if youre going to different areas around Tampa.

Stayed here one night Pre cruise and the hotel was great….Nice clean room and Staff…..The Veterans shuttle company also went out of their way to help us get around due to my MIL having a wheelchair….They came back to take us over to the Bahama Breeze for dinner
