When getting off the elevator to our 2nd floor, it smelled musty. Also when going into our room, it also smelled musty even though it was clean. When I reached for an extra pillow at night, it felt damp. I'm thinking it it the AC unit?

The bathroom floor grout by the tub was caked with crud in the corner…a bit unsightly. Should have been better maintained…a toothbrush and bleach could have taken care of it. I expect better for $350 a night.

Positives:
The building and the rooms were very nice and the rooms were so clean, cozy and comfy. The location was great for this trip. We were attending the Florida RV Supershow at the Florida State Fairgrounds which is directly across the road. And the 5 Guys Begers was located right next door and we absolutely love 5 Guys. The breakfast was very good.
Negatives:
My only dislike was the water pressure. The pressure of the shower was kinda hit and miss. 2 of the 3 showers I took while I was there had very little pressure. The other was really good. The toilet never flushed good at all. Just taking a pee required 2 flushes. Anything else took at least 3 or more. It would've been nice if they had a shuttle to the fairgrounds and back.
