The breakfast was great and employees did a great job restocking things in a busy meal.
Negatives:
The room was in disrepair and beds were not comfortable. There was scratching on the tables and doors, sofa bed was so badly broken you could feel every spring. No fan in bathroom in humid image and with lots of guests is terrible. The TV guide doesn't have any channel descriptions so it's terrible trying to watch anything. The location is convenient to Busch Gardens but is in a rough side of town and is not safe after dark. So the pool is only open until 7 pm which bummed kids out. When we checked in late at night the keys we were given didn't work and we spent 20 minutes going back and forth down the elevator trying to get them to work right. Very tired kids made for a rough start.

The condition and cleanliness of the room. The doors were chipping and peeling, mold in the shower, dirt on the floors and stains on the couch. Bed was not super comfortable. None of our key cards worked and we had to replace them numerous times. The location was good for the theme park but not a great neighborhood at all. We returned from the park to see a prostitute standing in the parking lot of our hotel.
