Room was dirty. Went and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean it. So gross! Staff wasnt over the top friendly nor would I say welcoming. Saw a cockroach in the elevator. Just not at all what Id expect from a Hilton property especially a Homewood inn

Room was dirty. Told the desk and they offered to have house keeping come clean it. I expect a lot from Homewood inn and suits and they fell so far short. I went to Walmart and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. No compensation was offered

This hotel is very old and outdated. It did not feel very clean.

Low cost for family of 5. We booked a suite for a late arrival and early check out and it worked out very well with relatively comfortable beds and we each had our own bathroom which was great

We usually dont book a suite. But this time we decided the three kids, it might be easier for us. We were not disappointed. They even gave us a playpen for the baby to sleep in. I really appreciate it everything they did for us while youre there, we knew we could always come back to the hotel and relax. I made our trip to see family so much better.

I wish i didnt have to spend 3 nights here
Positives:
My room was very clean and spacious. Loved the huge shower! The bed was comfortable, the location is great ( various restaurants nearby, Dave and Buster is within walking distance, Hardrock casino is only 10 minute drive away), friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives:
Rooms are really in need of renovation ( new carpet is a must in the bedrooms and hallways), the elevators are very small and slow.

It was decent but would not stay again. Paying good money and no housekeeping. They said every other day. When did this

The location is convenient to access restaurants. Hotel provided free breakfast and free parking.
Negatives:
The furniture & mattresses had seen better days, our sofa bed had broken frame which made it inconvenient to sleep on, and the replacement room had mattress so worn out it that the frame was poking through it. The upgraded room had better furniture but we could see roaches in the bathroom. The late night staff was very difficult to deal with.
