Negatives: The hotel is a bit old & run down. I was surprise parking was $12/$10 per night depending on how many nights. I was not expecting that being that there was ample parking & the location was not the most desirable. Same breakfast for 6 days got old.

Negatives: Paying for parking for a hotel that is in the middle of nowhere. The policy should be for hotel guests not to pay for parking, but for folks going to Bush Gardens-they should pay. Not cool for a hotel in the middle of nowhere important.
