This facility was so accommodating. I took my two older children for a weekend at busch gardens, because I bought them annual tickets as a gift. The room was perfect. Plenty of space and was even allowed to bring my son's service dog.
Would definitely use them again
Also, a free shuttle to the park and avoided parking charges.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Close to Busch Gardens, and they have a shuttle to take you there. Very good breakfast.
Negatives:
Just like all the hotels you have to pay for parking, as much as they charge for the rooms, I feel that parking shoud be free. They advertise they have a restaurant, when in reality, you sit at table in lobby, order, and staff microwaves or cooks you a meal and delivers it to you.

Very close to bush gardens had a shuttle to the park which was very convenient.
Negatives:
Lobby very small which is the same place they did breakfast. Not very comfortable as far as that small place and having many people for breakfast. Also the bathroom was coming apart the tile had black stuff on it didn’t look cleaned very well. And the water pressure was almost non existent.

The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable.
Positives:
The hotel is def. One of the good ones in the area but it needs some TLC, and def. Some cleaning. The sofa bed mattress was moldy and stained. We checked in late at night and the hotel was booked completely so they did try to fix the issue with providing me extra covers for the mattress. The next day an employee did go to the room and change the mattress. We asked them to wipe it down with bleach or something to disinfect it and they did. But, it looks a little dirty and like if they clean very poorly.
The breakfast was okay.
Bush gardens in 5 mins away which is a plus.
The service from the employees was phenomenal!
