Negatives: The room we’re staying had a dusty kind of smell. Good thing we only stayed 1night and not too long in that room because my husband and son started coughing/sneezing by morning time. They’re highly sensitive.

Negatives: The ac was working but it didn't seem to cool the room down to the temperature it was set to. But that was really no problem. Just lowered it more. And 20 mins later the room temperature felt great.

Negatives: The spa was not working, and the pool was not heated, and even though it was a hot Florida day that would’ve been nice to have that up and running

Negatives: We were disappointed with the room and hotel. I told them it was our anniversary before we checked in. They put us on the second floor directly over the lobby with an almost totally obstructed window view. We heard people talking all night outside the front doors. The room echoes like a basketball court. The air made an obnoxious noise all night.The bed and pillows had seen better days. The fridge didn't really cool anything. The breakfast was not stocked or staffed. We passed on it the second morning. No other food sorce is close to the hotel. Sadly, they had inflated the prices for the weekend concert in town. We paid top dollar for dollar general.

Negatives: That they had staff on night shift sweet and kind to wake up to bad morning staff rude and argumentative to customers

Negatives: Elevator was slow lol
