They didn't serve breakfast one morning. We checked out a day early and there was NO ONE at the front desk for 45 minutes then we left. We got charged for the extra day anyhow.

It was close to where I needed it to be.

Room was on the side where the outdoor pool was. When it got dark there were flood lights for the outdoor pool. These flood lights were never turned off the whole night. Room was really lite up and someone was in the pool at 10:30pm and it closed at dusk.
Positives:
The staff was very friendly and let us use the pool with the grandkids after check out as we had a midafternoon flight home. That saved us a huge hassle of finding something to do between checkout and trip to airport.

The property is in need of a refresh. The hallway carpet is pretty stained up but the room was nicer.

The current conditions of the hotel. This is a 1 star hotel. Dirty, old carpet, damaged furniture, disgusting elevator, very little to rescue. The towels were good. The sad situation for the brand.
