The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They offered to solve issues that are truly not within their powers.

The hotel is dirty, smelly and grimy. This is a hotel that is used for extended stay and should not be listed with other main stream hotels. If I had known this before hand, I would not have selected this hotel.
