The staff is awesome and has answers to every question you would have for example things to do as a family, just mom n dad, or where to eat.

No decor in the room, felt empty & no rug. Wi fi was not working correctly. Tv wouldnt work right, however front staff came & fixed it, she was great! Also no phone in my room.

The shuttle to the airport only runs ones an hour. Starts at 0430. Not very convenient. The bathroom in the room was run down with rust on some of the fixtures. The internet was working speraticly.

Nasty. I would not stay there again if the room was free. Pet urine stains on the carpet. Shower curtain was moldy. Pealing paint on bathroom trim work. German cockroaches in bathroom along with knats and another unidentified insect.

I booked two rooms, One of which did not have a bathroom door and the other door to enter the room did not lock. I requested new rooms/$back so my family could use the restroom in peace and so we could feel safe while we slept and the front desk refused.

Waited for an hour for the hotel shuttle after I called. Faucet dripped loudly all night.
