We were on way to airport.
Shower handle fell off, air conditioner was louder than the planes. Breakfast was a disappointment NO cream for coffee and was not set up at 7:30 am .

Our flight was delayed arriving so I called the hotel to let them know that I’d be arriving late but that I was coming. When I arrived, even though I had already prepaid, they said that it was too late to check in and that their computer system couldn’t check me in because it was technically the following day. After arguing and trying to find a way to make it work we gave up and tried to find another hotel but being the middle of the night and without any reservation every other hotel was booked full and we were forced to sleep in our car. No refund was given and was specifically told by desk agent that the manager is doing renovations and needs every bit of income possible and would get in trouble if she refunded. Avoid this place at all costs, please! There were 3 other groups from our flight that went through the same thing, all of us were refused the ability to check in.
