Its a pet friendly hotel. The staff is excellent and respectful. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with full of lush plants and a clean & nice swimming pool. Location was ideal to visit Busch gardens and the near by University. Budget friendly.
Negatives:
Just the AC was little noisy. Doors dont close all the way by itself you need to make sure you push it hard and lock. Donmt have to worry as the hotel is in a safe neighborhood.

Really was so dirty, no hot water in the room. Room smelled like an ash tray. Sheets and pillows have stains all over them. Avoid at all costs
