Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. My step son had the pull out couch - he said this is such a fancy hotel! - and said it was very comfortable.

Nothing to do with the property, but maybe security? Upon arrival to our room, theres was a group of kids right outside our door, to the point we asked them to move to get into our room, using the electoral outlet to charge their phones. I do not believe they were guests as they would have been using the outlets in their room.
