Positives:
I have a child with allergies. I called 2 days before and the day we were going and asked for the room to be cleaned good. When we got there, we walked in the room and I realized it was not really clean. No big deal. I opened the pull out couch and I was I shock. I can't even describe how much hair was on the sheet. On the floor next to the couch we're chocolate chips, French fries and bread crums.
At the reception, the lady gave me a blanket and a vacuum cleaner. I tried cleaning myself but that vacuum was not sucking even the French fries.
Asked for another room that size( we were 6 of us) but nothing was available. We got 2 smaller rooms. Those rooms were better. Not perfectly clean but decent enough. I wiped everything myself and cover beds with my own sheets.
Also, the hot tub was warm, the grills weren't working

Positives:
Staff was pleasant and helpful but seemed overwhelmed, both at front desk and breakfast.
Negatives:
Breakfast was ok...limited selections and hot food ran out often, moderate quality.
Room was not terribly clean. Used band aid on bathroom floor. Dust, grime and broken USB on lamp.
Missing half the towels and no bedding for pull-out in the room - had to go back to front desk in middle of night.
