The floors were so dirty when I walked from the bathroom to the bed after showering, my feet were filthy. It smelled like mold and dirt. There was no ventilation so the mirrors never dehumidified, in the morning there was a roach in the bathroom shower.

The guy at the desk was nice and that's about the ONLY good thing I can say!

Absolutely DISGUSTING! The rooms are filthy and smell horrendous. The entire property is in shambles and it's a shame because it's clear it was once a nice place. The rooms & buildings smell like mold & mildew as if water damage was never repaired. GROSS!

The pool was clean and the area around it. The trees and landscaping looked good.

The shower curtain had mold at the bottom causing a mildew smell in the bathroom or that could have been from the loose toilet. The bathroom in general was dirty. It had hair attached to the top of the doorway going into the bathroom. Only 1 chair in room

Nothing had bug crawl on me during my sleep and they refused to do anything about it.

Everything staff was rude, bugs in the room and poor r.m overall I suggest if you need a cheap r.m pay extra and stay somewhere else

The hotel has all the southern tropic atmosphere you could want. The building is older, which adds to the ambiance of it's personality, but maintained in very good condition. The staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful of their guests at all times.

My schedule in Tampa didn't allow me to spend nearly enough time enjoying the experience. I definitely need another visit to really set my internal clock back to a more relaxed, mellow mood.

No privacy signs, Housekeeping will disturb you multiple times before checkout to see if you have gone. If you extend your stay like I did through booking.com and even send them a nice message to explain that you're staying over and will come to the front desk to renew keys and show credit card when it's convenient for me, it won't get passed down to housekeeping or housekeeping management and they will continually come by, knock on your door and open the door. I happened to stay over because I wasn't feeling well and didn't feel like getting back on the road to travel and so having housekeeping walking in while you're trying to rest and get over a sickness is more than irritating. Once I finally got to a point I actually fell asleep and was getting rest the phone rang and the manager lady, Linda at the front desk, said I needed to come down immediately to renew my keys and present my credit card even though she admitted the reservation was secured by credit card through booking.com. So no flexibility to come down when it was convenient for me had to be on her schedule.
I do not like to leave reviews like this because the place was a good value for the money, but management who are strict rules enforcers without any flexibility or thought of customers convenience will not get my return stays.

The room was disgusting. Just because we had dogs with us doesnt mean we need to be put in an unclean room. I clean up after my dogs and myself and family and there was no point in this place. You wouldnt have known the difference.
