Our room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the variety. Location was close to my cousin in Travares. Enjoyed the Hurricane right next door. I used the fitness room in the morning. That was a good experience.

The hotel was clean, the room was very clean,and up to date. Had great lighting.

There were no towels. The hotel was sold out, and somehow, they didn't have towels to accommodate all the guests.

Easy check in , the room was clean, Especially liked the touch of microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in room. The breakfast was very good and the staff attentive.

How convenient it is to lake access and walking distance to dining.
Negatives:
The door handle to the room wouldn't open the door even though the green light lit up indicating it should open. The guy at the front desk came up and had trouble with it as well, but was able to get it to work after several tries. We changed rooms.
