Nothing! Infact I didn't stay, I walked out. So nasty , awful people HANGING out. I'm trying to get a refund , because I couldn't stay there. The only reason I booked there, my husband had open heart surgery that day, and it was too far to go home. It was a scary place

We were expecting a 'fully equipped kitchen' however they no longer provide pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, the customers are expected to bring those themselves. It was expensive for what it was.

Only one of the staff members was very sweet. The management was terrible However, the whole entire hotel smell like an ash tray. With weird characters outsighed. I will never go there again ever. The manager is terrible terrible attitude...Thanks to a nice young lady Zanae was very kind.

The hotel was right in between our trip destinations. Not more than a 20 min. Drive to Busch Gardens, depending on traffic. Our room was the Queen suite which wasn't too bad Upon Entry. It was clean and staff was friendly. Also, really appreciated noise control after 10p.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, after arriving back to the hotel later on that night, noticed there were many homeless in back of the parking lots. The foyer Always smelled of marijuana. The worst was the toilet had over flowed earlier in the day, my spouse went down to the front desk and told them the toilet was clogged and had over flowed. He came back up with a plunger and had to clear the clog himself. The next morning, I noticed bugs on the counter!! The toilet had clogged again and over flowed onto the bathroom floor. The front desk wasn't available that early, so we had to cut our trip short and left the hotel at 6:30a. that morning. We could not use the bathroom at all and with the bugs all over the counter, we packed quickly and left as well as cancelling the rest of our day plans. Very disappointed and upset with our stay. We travel often and have stayed in cheaper hotels previously to save a little, however, this was by far the worst!! We will Not return to this hotel again.
