Positives: nothing is what the web site offers. Prices do not match the quality of the hotel. You are charged for clean linen and towels. There is no service at the front desk 24 hours. NO breakfast, no nothing, just a bunch of rules and things that they do not offer anymore. The excuse was, "we just changed management and this is new to us" The worst place ever!
