The women who were working the front desk when i arrived.

Stained carpets. Chipped and missing paint. Paint speckled floors. Broken ATM. Massive amount of crows in the morning cawing at 5am. FAULTY FIRE ALARM blared for several minuets, the front desk was laughing about the issue. EXPIRED ELEVATOR CERTIFICATE.

The hotel is convenient for people going to concerts or athletic events in Tampa.

My sister had trouble with staff properly activating her room key leaving her to wake me in the middle of the night. The bathtub had hints of mildew and the bathroom floor had traces of a previous customer's hair. Hotel breakfast is not complimentary.

Your price was very similar to your competitors but ALL your competitors provide a complimentary breakfast that is exactly the same as your $12.95 per person charge. Grits, make your own waffles, biscuit and gravy, fruit. I can get that anywhere else for free, oh and your cranberry juice was completely watered down. Staff seemed annoyed when I requested Styrofoam cups for your lobby coffee, when they finally came out the covers available were too small for the cups. Other than that the grounds were beautiful.
