The location was excellent. It's within easy walking distance to the village square and many restaurants and shops. The waterfront boardwalk was an added bonus.
Negatives:
The room was okay, but was in needof a deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom. There was mildew under yhe faucet, the corners have the bathroom were dirty with dust and hair, and the soap/lotion holder on the counter needed cleaned or, better yet, replaced. The room's air conditioner was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The out patio was dirty and really needed to be brushed off to get the dead gnats that were stuck to the wall. Some of the staff were friendly, but most never cracked a smile.
