Arrived late in the evening. After 9pm.
So we made sure to go talk to the sales office in The Villages. Looked around the area. We had breakfast downstairs, which was great for us. The food was delicious.
Negatives:
The bathroom sink was backed up, very slow to empty. The couch was small, so that was hard for us.

our heat and air didn't work for 3 days. Couldn't get housekeeping to do a proper job. The mess made by the repair men was still on the floor when we left. Housekeeping took the tip I left but didn't change towels. Sometimes had to get them from the hall to clean room.
