Positives:
There's plenty of parking when you stay for the sole purpose of visiting Kennedy Space Center. Beds were comfy, bathroom was nice. There was good warm breakfast, even though we would have liked to see more options and some cold cuts or ham or something like that. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Our room was maybe a little too cramped for 5 people. There was some issue in the bathroom with water around the sink going everywhere and making the extra toilet paper roll wet. There were not enough towels or bed linen for 5 people but when asked someone from the staff brought more. After cleaning all the extra towels were taken away and we were again left with just 3 bath towels. We also didn't like that the AC unit was so loud and preferred to have the window open.

We were not told that they don’t clean the rooms unless you ask them to. We found this out the second day of our stay. When we asked them to clean they said it was too late. Also, we asked for new towels since ours were not replaced and they said “do you want to take them up to your room now or when you get back”? I responded with can’t you take them up and he finally said yes. When we got back to the room two hours later, the towels were not in the room. This was very frustrating to me. The man working the front desk was very lazy. We will not be staying there again.
