A very clean room within...

Roon was clean and inviting. They had a sitting deck over looking the pool. A block from the beach. A boat dock behind us. Could not hear neighbors through the walls like at some places I have stayed. The kitchen area was just enough for a short stay.

The only issue we had was with the toilet. Could not flush after every use. Had to wait quite awhile for the tank to fill up.

The location was good. A few miles from John's Pass and a short walk to the beach access.
Negatives:
First of all, they charge you for a resort fee , but then, they charge an extra $10 per use of the grill along with buying the propane for it. The service was horrible. The lady in the front office was always rude to me. She tried to blame me for a dirty towel and charge my credit card. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room was run down with broken towel racks and patched up plaster in the shower. The swimming pool had bird feces all over the decking. You are only allotted one parking pass, so if you want to rent a golf cart, don't try to park it there. They will come out and yell at you. When you check out, they have to do a full inspection of the room before they give you your deposit back. We will never stay here or another small family owned hotel/motel again!
