The best thing about this hotel was leaving it and never sleeping there.

its hard to count the things we didnt like, but I think the things we didnt like most for the bedbugs and the smell of mold and mildew, stained rugs and nasty dark rooms to hide it I hope this helps in your endeavor to rip people off.

We were on our way from Orlando to Key West and stayed overnight in this hotel. We booked this hotel a day before arrival. We arrived in the evening, the receptionist was very friendly. He warned us for possible inconvenience in the room because of a tornado that visited Ft. Myers 3 days before. The rooms apparently went wet by possible waterflood out of the bathrooms and could possibly smell bad. If that would be the case, he would be gladly book us another room. But no need to, all was fine. The minibar didn't work, that was a bit of a problem for us, because we had some groceries with us to be cooled. Our receptionist again offered us another room but for only one night we asked if we could use the staff's-fridge. That was not a problem. The pool was great and there is also a hottub. Breakfast was also okay! The night of arrival we went for dinner at Dixies by car a ride of approx. 5 km, a nice bar/restaurant along the coast. Nice cocktails and seafood..yummie :-)! For travellers by car a very good hotel to stay for a few nights. We definitely would have stayed longer but we already had booked other hotels for our journey.
