Hotel is dated doesn't look like the pictures online at all. Room was so dirty.

No doily service Carpet in lobby staircase as well as hallways were filthy. Elevator not working properly. Outside doors not secured even though signs read that key card was needed at all times.

The location was very convenient. It was very close to downtown Venice and a short drive to the beach.

Staff was not exceptional, we had to wait several minutes at the front desk to even be noticed and greeted. I am very unhappy that the hot tub was not open - this was the primary reason for us selecting this hotel amongst others in this area. No hot water

We looked forward to swimming and using exercise room but both were inoperable. The hotel did not make any adjustment on our rate. The room we stayed in had moldy lamps and the furniture was dated. Hotel is run down. Must be new management.

Where to begin. After staying there last year and loving it we decided to stay there again, very bad choice. we were not notified that the pool was closed the entire 10 day stay. the house keeping was totally non existent. There was no hot water for a day
