I was charged $20 per night for my cat plus a $150 deposit. I paid $35 to check in at 11:15am even though when I made the reservation I said I would be arriving at 11am and was told I could be accomodated. Other than that the room was very clean and I was able to do laundry which I appreciated. There were good stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Negatives:
I would have preferred not to pay $20 er night for my cat or $35 to check in. The ice machine was broken and it beaped an annoying beep all day.

Location was quite easily accessible. Breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit (banana) was really appreciated. None of my belongings were moved or pilfered! The desk clerk on every shift proved to be very cordial, polite and helpful!
Negatives:
The smell of cigarette smoke was often noticed in the bathroom, probably entering through the ventilation duct from the first floor bathroom.
I discovered that the scary creaking/squeaking sound at night was from under the bed whenever I began moving around.

Only decent thing really was the wifi not being horrible.
Negatives:
Found condom wrapper next to bed, hairs in the sink and Funky stuff splattered to the wall throughout. Pillows were flat as can be, TV was outdated, decor extremely outdated, room felt empty and not well put together. Price was comparable to other higher rated hotels so not worth the value.

It was hard to walk my dogs because there was other peoples dogs poop all over the grass. I had to actually search for a trash can to throw away my poop bags. Would definitely recommend a few dog poop stations.
