The activity level w guests are low. It's quiet.

They don't have public Wi-Fi which makes it hard to book while on the property if you don't have Internet service. Also the floors don't seemed to be mopped often it's a lot of dirt I believe either from using the same mop water or from previous guests.

The microwave dis not function. The fridge freezer was warm and the fridge ran all the time I was there. Staff werent as friendly as they could have been. One staff member was on his phone walking around speaking loudly.

The assistant manager was the best! She was the nicest person . I would stay here again because of people like Angie. She made the stay so easy and she was very helpful.

Yes. The breakfast to go was not replenished and not much left when I was there on both mornings. Thats very sad!

Toilet wouldn't flush properly with leaking water out of the bowl. Window blinds did not function and the sun poured into the room at 6:30 in the morning. Used hand towels in the sink from the prior visitors and wasn't not cleaned by staff. No breakfast.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was nice.
Negatives:
They say theres breakfast included but when I went downstairs during the supposed breakfast hours 6am-9am, there was no real breakfast. There was coffee, apples, oatmeal packages, cereal, and I think thats it. When I stood in the Comfort Suites, there was eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, etc. This is what it means to have breakfast included. Dont say theres breakfast included if theres no actual food being brought out.
