Continental breakfast was non existent. They were waiting for the delivery truck...??? Seems like someone could have ran out and picked up some bagels and muffins and fruit or something. Many other customers were not happy as well. If you advertise it, you should deliver....

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room seemed clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I had a lot of studying to do and there was a desk and chair that was perfect. The location is ideal, near 95 and plenty of stores and restaurants near by.
Negatives:
My room was on the 4th floor and I got up a couple times at night and found roaches crawling around in the bathroom. Also, the shower water pressure is horrible and the staff said there wasn't anything they could do about it. My showers took 3x as long, as I needed to stand under the water drizzle to ensure hair shampoo/conditioner was rinsed out. There are shady characters everywhere staying in this place. People (mainly men) were hanging out in the narrow stairways or right outside the side doors, so you had to pass them inches apart, and about half of the time, they reeked of alcohol and/or marijuana. Apparently, a lot of transients and out-of-town contractors stay here for extended periods of time.
