The staff at the roof top bar were really lovely. The parking guys were also amazing. Hotel is clean and staff all seemed nice.
Negatives:
Hotel was modern but a touch soulless for me. Our room was not cleaned properly in 3 nights - to be fair the lady did come but it was so late and at a time we were preparing to go out so I just gave her the bins to empty. Even in London at 300 a night the room is cleaned am and turn down even later in the day.
although the parking guys were amazing I actually wasn't expecting the parking charge I though when I booked as most of the hotels parking was available so paying extra for parking plus with the tip it was an extra 10 dollars every time I wanted my car made me have to think about how often I could get the car out to do the things is wanted to do.

You could hear everything from the halls inside the room. Not good if you want to stay in and sleep. Lot of noise.
