We were given a key to room 214 and walked into the room at midnight only to find it was already occupied by guest who was awakened by our entry, potentially a VERY dangerous scenario. All we got from Hampton were lame apologies and a measly 5000 Hilton points.

As soon as we got there people started working right next to our window. It actually scared us at first because no one gave us a heads up and a man just appeared on our window so we had to close the curtain but the worst part was that it was TOO LOUD so we just left and came back at night time
