I had to change rooms three times. The first room had a very bad smell, the second one wasn’t cleaned yet, and in the third room the air conditioner wasn’t working. The staff seemed a bit upset, I assume because they had to move me several times. I was charged for parking, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked the room, and they also charged me for internet access, but I was never able to connect to the hotel’s network. Overall, it was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had in my life.
