Extremely uncomfortable beds, I was up at 3 am then at 4am and then couldn’t sleep After waking up at 5. The front desk staff were not welcoming, except one person working at the breakfast area.
Ice machine was on every odd floor, my room was on an evening very inconvenient.
There was a hair strand that did not look like hair from head on the conditioner, very gross.
The room rate was very high for a such uncomfortable beds and awful view, and mot spot on clean. Very dissatisfied.
