Positives:
The outside pool area grounds is beautiful. They have a separate bar out there that you can order food and drinks and the surroundings are very neat. Excellent spot.

Snowbirds this is a place...
Negatives:
when I did the booking I made sure that include breakfast for just a couple of dollars more than the one without it, so I did made sure I selected that one. During my stay at Hilton's I was informed that the breakfast wasn't included.
Negatives:
Staff were rude and unfriendly. A security guard let himself into our room late one night, and the staff didn’t even apologise for this.

Positives:
The shuttle picked us up at the car return and shuttled us to the hotel for the night and then to the airport in the morning. The grounds are gorgeous. We had dinner at Tony Roma's. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. They printed our boarding passes for us at the front desk and went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and pleasurable.

The location to the boat show was great and staff was great

first room we went to the room was not clean there was food on the counter, trash on the floor and room smelled bad, second room moved to was much better but the refrigerator had to be changed out not working,
the cost of breakfast was priced 2 high

Water is downstairs at cafe for 6 dollars a bottle which closes then you get nothing

the price was right but this isn't a 4 star hotel. Outdated, lower level service......but definitely met needs for sure

everything is just ok here -- location, decor, staff, service, amenities --- not that didn't like but just has the feel of a 3 star vs a 4 star hotel.

Positives:
Loved location and airport shuttle. All staff were great. Amenities were very good. Loved the Tiki bar at the pool for lunch. Nice coffee shop in lobby. Room and bath were nice and good size. Caswell Massey bath products. Linens and towels good quality. Bed very comfortable.

Furnishings in room showing a little wear/tired. Hallways and room could do with a repaint.
