Good breakfast buffet, good acoustic comfort in rooms, huge pool deck.
Negatives:
Horrible staff, with few exceptions. All very slow and unattentive, at times just annoyed. Incapable of producing an invoice or receipt as the payment was done through booking (absurd!). Was here during a major event and the hotel was full, they need to up their game. A server during breakfast didn't show up for 30 minutes just because my friend had sat before I could talk to the hostess (who was nowhere to be seen), in an empty breakfast area. She then proceeded to be rude and unpolite for the rest of the meal (banging our glasses on the table or taking away food plates while we were eating), to the point of forcing me to cancel her gratuity entirely. Unbelievable in a luxury hotel.

Once again when I checked in, they said I did not have a reservation there and that you did not send it to them. They made me make a new reservation and pay there through Hilton so please do not bill me because they said you never gave them the reservation, the last time I went, they said you spelt my name wrong and that’s why they didn’t have the reservation I have stayed there three times and had unbelievable difficulty at check-in. Please make sure I was not charged by both you and them.

Love the feel of a resort vs a hotel with a pool. The outdoor spaces are wonderful. We enjoyed easy snacks, coffee, food at Provisions. The staff are helpful and kind.

All the difficulties I am listing below. They tell me at the front desk is because I booked with you, so you understand that !
I have stayed there twice in the last month each time check-in was living hell they add a $35 resort free that you were unaware of which I’m not sure how come that happens the fee that I am told my total will be is always more than what you have sent me on my Confirmation they claim it’s a resort fee that you’re supposed to tell me about. They bill me ahead of time for expenses. I never use and tell me it will be taken off. Sometimes it is sometimes it isn’t Hilton is what we use mostly, for our corporate travel in the company that I own but I have told them I can no longer handle this, I am getting my company to switch
