We have stayed here before and we always come back because of its location, cleanliness, the size of their rooms, the comfort, parking and breakfast. The room has a kitchenette, a sofa bed and it is very spacious. We loved it.

Breakfast tasted very fake and weird. Only decent thing was the waffle and we sampled everything being served. The room had this vomit smell that was awful, especially on the sofa. The room in general was very dirty. Visibly dirty. The coffee machine in the room didn’t even work. The bathroom doesn’t have a locking door. The view was of construction. It was also pretty cramped for a family of 4. The smell in the room was so bad that it was on all of our stuff and we had to wash everything and throw away what we couldn’t wash. It was such a nauseating smell. Also the woman we checked in with was so unhelpful, didn’t explain anything to us and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. The only helpful person was the desk clerk the next day named Rashad. That’s his name I believe. He was so kind and helpful with our needs.
Negatives:
CLEAN EVERY FACIT OF THE ROOM. Especially deep cleaning the sofa. Make sure all the services in the room work. We also saw hairs from previous guest in the bathroom floor as well as shower door and it was beyond disgusting. Make sure the room doesn’t smell either. The food being fresh and not something reheated would be nice. The food seemed almost like prison food. For the money we paid, I would expect a lot better than what we had. Every morning at breakfast everyone flocked for the only edible item which was the waffles. And possibly the sausages.

The gym was great, especially the fact that it was open 24/7, The amount of storage in the room and the shelves allowed us to put our things up and not on the floor like other hotels we stayed at. The kitchenette was amazing, the fact that the fridge was big, and all the little details in the room (i.e dish soap and sponge, little pull out chair, a pull out dinette table on wheels... everything)
Negatives:
The only SMALL think we can think of is that the elevator door closes very quickly - can be problematic with kids
