The room was really compact, smelly, the carpet was disgustingly dirty! The walls and mirrors was nasty. Everything about this room was wrong! The elevator was nasty with vomit on the floor.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

On my second night the headboard fell off the wall was I was laying on the bed. After multiple attempts to report the incident to staff, nothing was fixed. The fact that it took more than 20 minutes for the water to get hot did not make things better.

The front desk staff was very rude didn't want to hear anything I I was saying. The last night my husband stayed the toilet stopped working. We had to keep putting water in it in order to flush.

The staff was so unfriendly and front desk was very rude on Saturday evening. Extremely rude, passed the bulk on the complaints and request made yet provided no solution. Will never stay there again.

The hotel had a horrible smell in the hallway as well as the room. The room smelled so bad as though mold was present. I had an allergic reaction because of the condition of the room. The bed has no protector on it. The pillows were the small couch ones.

The room was extremely filthy there was stains in the bathtub as well as the curtains has chocolate or gravy the bed look as though the sheets wasn't changed the bed was just made up. Very horrible experience didn't want to touch anything
