Internet was out of order 2 days in a row. Said they were working on it. Cut stay short because of this. Toilet did not flush properly. Maintenance was notified. Did not see any improvement. No chair at desk, but really did ot need it as no internet

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist anyway possible. The front desk person, Danielle, listened to my questions and quickly addressed each one. She stayed on task while showing a caring attitude. The best part of the property is the staff.

Front desk staff provided excellent customer service and accommodated our team from Jamaica very well. Hotel was clean and comfortable. They also changed our rooms when our initial rooms didn't have wifi service.
Negatives:
We had an issue getting wifi but that was swiftly addressed when we were moved to another room. We were allowed to view the rooms before changing it. That's real service.

They put a lady with two big dogs next to my room that bark all night. I call ask them to relocate her they didn't move her. So I had to deal with that issue the whole stay. Which I want my money back. The hotel call me an advise that it will be a credi

Breakfast was very good and I liked the nighttime security guard being onsite .

I checked in a 9pm and they called my room at 11:05pm to see if everything was good with the room. It was until then The area is very loud as well and you can hear traffic and other guests.
