A/C was cold. That was it.

Staff was beyond rude, they lied to us about our rate & check-in time, hotel was SOOOOO dirty. We literally had bugs in our room and took pictures. Smells like cigarettes in the hallway, the cleaning staff was smoking in the elevator. Very very disappointed and we will never stay here again.

Breakfast was good. The staff was courteous specially Tequanda. The rooms were a good size, but bathroom sink outside of the bathroom was an inconvenience. The location was great. Overall, there`s potential if appropriate changes are made.
Negatives:
The hotel even if cleaned looked dated. The rooms needs a better layout specially the bathroom. The outside bathroom is not good. Overall needs a renovation. The nightly rate was too high. I expected better for that price range. The front desk staff needs training. They`re not professional. Their customer service is bad. That was the worst part of my stay.

Breakfast was OK waffle was good I was disappointed there was no hot food scramble eggs or bacon or link sausage. I didn't see no hot cereal which I eat hot oatmeal every morning

One of the bed the one i slept it was a bit uncomfortable little bit hard I hit my right ankle against the bed frame twice when I was going into bed the comforter sheet that was on the bed smell like it wasn't wash It had a another human body smell it didn't have a fresh clean smell one of the wash cloth didn't look clean the cable was out there was no hot water also our key wasn't working after we came back from breakfast i ssk one of the maid had to open the door for me. After I sent my grandson to let the front desk know. The evening young gentleman who checked me in upon my arrival was very courteous pleasant so was the young lady who check me out but no manager or anyone address my complaints or ask how was my stay after checking out I sat in the lobby for 45nin waiting for my daughter . I didn't say anything to the young lady about it again because other guest was in the lobby so I left without anyone addressing my issues.
