For the price this place was great. West palm is expensive and difficult to navigate efficiently. Breakfast was clean, timely and plentiful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were surprised at the price being a third less than the competition and I was very happy with the whole product.

Internet was out of order 2 days in a row. Said they were working on it. Cut stay short because of this. Toilet did not flush properly. Maintenance was notified. Did not see any improvement. No chair at desk, but really did ot need it as no internet

The staff from the desk to the housekeeping department were awesome. I would definitely go back there. Every was polite and helpful. I loved hotel employee at the front desk. So sweet. The rooms were spotless. I was very impressed. DAS
