The room was in a very bad condition- paint falling off the walls and ceiling, all metal parts rusty and old, unsafe air con installation.

It was infested with homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. Undercover police present in the parking lot. Front door to lobby was loose and squeaking. We definitely did not stay, didn't even check in. It was terrible.

Staff was helpful when I needed a charger. Room was pretty clean. Key worked (I've stayed some places where it didn't). Shower was hot.
Negatives:
The dresser was falling apart- drawers crooked and non-adjustable. The wood floors were a little sparse-looking. There was a knock twice on the door at 4:30AM! The light above the sink didn't work for a bit, then came on. Pool closed too early.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was precisely where I needed to be and nice have a Cracker Barrell right next door for delicious breakfast.
Negatives:
This hotel has seen better days. The hallway to my room smelled alternately of wet dog or food gone bad. The bed was not comfortable at all and my second night there about 20 people were outside the hotel having an argument at three in the morning, that lasted about half an hour.
