The staff was very nice and engaged in our conversations. They made us feel welcome and easy to talk to. The breakfast was good and the food service worker was polite and caring with her beautiful smiles.

Our AC went out about 9 at night, was told by the front desk staff that we had to wait till 130 in the morning just in case there was walk inside, mind you we already paid and money was taking out of our account. We was finally moved to another room at 3am.

The manager that over looks everyone apparently something happened with it at my room the payment issue and she told me I couldn’t stay here any longer because of it I don’t know her name or his name. I don’t know what to hear but whoever it is is pulling out didn’t get my story only got the man that pay for my room if she only knew it was a man it really was about everything you said it was a lie actually it was. I don’t know what he got kicked out and they believed him obviously I’m gonna get kicked out. They’re rude and that’s inconsiderate of the manager is to do that for somebody not even to ask me questions throw somebody out in the street like that. I’m calling whoever’s in charge of her ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. Everybody else is very nice and kind. Oh also there’s one person that works at the front desk. He was very rude. I was a tall Spanish

We like that it offered breakfast.
Negatives:
The beds were extremely hard, we noticed they had air fresheners everywhere but we found out the following morning that there was a sewer smell in our room and in the hallways. The water wouldn’t drain out of the bath or the toilet wouldn’t flush. We planned to stay the entire weekend but after all our issues we checked out and ended our trip a day early. The person at the front rest had no logical answer as he wasn’t a regular employee.
