Negatives: I made a coutesy call to your property because we were not able to stay the night. I spoke with a hotel front desk staff that informed me i would have to call Booking.com for a refund. I told her that the booking was non refundable but we were just alerting them so that they could fill the room. She charged us for the room. So we were charged twice for the same room. Monday, April 1st, i called the hotel back to tell them the mistake on their part. I got a hotel front desk staff named Marco. He would not let me talk, he treated me like i was stupid and wouldn't allow me to speak. Then, when i insisted he let me talk, he hung up on me. I called back 3 TIMES, he kept hanging up on me, When i asked him is last name he wouldn't give it to me.

Negatives: I wish it would stay the same price so I could stay there always.

Negatives: No microwave in room.

Negatives: Had to wait to check in. Told my room was not ready but watched multiple other people arrive after me and check in to their room. I waited for over an hour and it still wasn't ready at 3pm check in time. Nice lobby area to wait in though.

Negatives: They gave me a room in ground floor near the back door exit. It had noice from guest and staff coming in and out disturbing my sleep

Negatives: AC is very loud we keep waking up at night coz it sounds like there is helicopter inside our room. The bathroom vent is very loud every i dont even turn on the light coz im scared of the sound so i just turn on the light on the hallway. toilet dont fla

Negatives: During my recent stay, I encountered a significant issue that negatively affected my experience. The most notable problem was the loud noise from a large air conditioning unit outside my room, which would turn on every ten minutes throughout the night with a loud buzzing sound, making it extremely difficult to sleep. After a challenging first night, I approached the front desk the following morning to request a room change, hoping for a solution to the unbearable noise. Unfortunately, the response to my request was less than satisfactory. Initially, I was informed that there were no available rooms and was advised to call back later in the day. Upon calling back, there was a brief moment of confusion as it seemed there was a room available, but this was quickly dismissed once I clarified I was seeking a room change, not a new booking. I was then told that changing rooms would incur an additional charge, and ultimately, my request was denied. The service attitude during this process was disappointing, further detracting from my overall experience. This has unfortunately left a negative impression, and I feel it’s important for potential guests to be aware of these issues when considering their stay.
