Room was very large, guiet and air-conditioned, linens were very soft.
Negatives:
Smell of mold hits you as you enter the room. Bed was extremely thin. Room was very dated in furniture which needed cleaned as well as carpet. But worst was check in lady was very rude from the moment I pulled in with my 12x16 uhaul trailer. Hotel is by a truck stop so the have a no truck and trailer sign up with cement barricades. I assumed it was for the semis. She would not even check me in before I moved my truck to a gravel lot next to the hotel. I had double knee replacements 6 mo ths ago. Walking is still difficult and worst trying to haul my stuff across a gravel pit, then grass and then a large parking lot.she could had let me check my things into the room and then allowed me to move my truck, but she would not. I just threw my stuff in front of her desk before moving my truck.

I ended up not staying at the location, the location seemed to be very run down
Positives:
This hotel is rather dated and the furnishings are a bit worn.However, this does not take away from the hotel as it is very clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable.The shower was clean and the water temperature was acceptable.Friendly staff.
Negatives:
Not a great selection for dining in the area need to travel to the town of Live Oak that is about 10 miles away.
