Getting ready to go to sleep and one of the beds had a large palmetto. Freaked me out so that was the end of my sleep. Got up in the night and went to bathroom and another smaller palmetto in the sink. Like really over $200 for the night and bugs. Got an apology email for compensation. Never again

Was very comfortable, clean and nice. Exceeded the Marriott we stayed at next, although the price was the same. .

we stayed for three nights, they did not clean the room, change bedding, or anything else, even after we specifically asked for it to be done. we had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. we feel we should get money back as the service was definitely not worth $200 plus per night.
