Positives:
The location was great and the room it was big and comfortable. I needed hot water to prepare a tea and they have it available at the dinner room as well as a microwave.
Negatives:
The room felt humid. The carpet was wet on some areas. Also, they applied a fee of $53 for my dog (a yorky). However, I think this is a Booking issue, because they should include that fee at the moment of the booking. I ending paying almost $200 for only a night. Better options around!

The property was in a good location and it seemed to be well kept. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast was sub par. Cereal, bread items (toast, bagels, and muffins) sausage and eggs and a single waffle maker which was in very high demand. Could stand to get another one.

The property was very nice. We came for Bike week in Leesburg, they were very accommodating to the bikers. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and great breakfast! The rooms smelled fresh and were nice and cool.
